Job Description 

Position: Foreman 
Reports To: Superintendent 
Dept: Field 
Supervises: Laborers

Position Summary
The Foreman is responsible for the quality completion of jobs, field production, crew management and is held accountable for the tasks as delegated to them by the project manager.  

Specific Duties

• Prepare 2 week ‘Look-Ahead’ schedule weekly & submit to Superintendent every Monday morning
• Hold weekly safety meetings with crew
• End of Day Status Report to Superintendent
• Communicate to Superintendent the need for materials, equipment & manpower - minimum of 2 days ahead
• Daily Inventory - Tools, Supplies, Etc. for Future Work
• Meet Project Goals For Crew Man Hours
• Ensure all construction is built per the bid, plans and specifications
